Hi I put this up on Ebay. I have a McDermott Cue based on a C-8. I emailed McDermott customer service and they said the forearm is from a C-8, but the sleeve is a combination of a C-8 rings and C-11 inlays. And value would be between the C-8 and C-11. I admit I know nothing about the cue...
