I was watching the USA vs. Russia Matches the past couple of days. I noticed on Billy Thrope's grip hand that he has his index finger completely off of the cue. I have only seen Joe Tucker play like that before. What are the benefits, if any to doing that?

For anyone that has played with both shafts, can you tell me if the deflection is about the same.. OB claims that the + shafts have 13% less deflection than their 1st generation shafts. Predator claims a 3 or 4% less deflection on their 3rd generation shafts than the 2nd generation.

Did anyone else see this on facebook? Someone apparently got mad and slapped the Revo on the table and it snapped in 2...I thought the Revo was indestructible.

Every so often my uniloc predator shaft gets loose. Does this happen to anybody else? What's the cause? I've owned many cues and the uniloc is the only one that will come loose during play. And it just so happens to me at the worst times. It's really frustrating.

I thought Mike was sponsored by OB. I saw him play recently with a shaft with a black ferrule. I also saw him play on a stream with the shaft with black ferrule. Is that a prototype shaft that OB is working on?
