    Nitti (Highend)

Due to my other interests and slowly failing eyesight (diabetes), I have been considering selling some of my cues. I don't need the money, so that's not part of the issue with this decision. A lot of you looked at this cue at Valley Forge, SE Tour events, FL Tour events, and it is/will be in...

    Cam Cue (beyond my expectations)

Thank You Chad! This is the new jump/break cue that Chad (CAMCUES) just finished for me. It has to be the best looking j/b I've ever seen myself. 6 points of ebony into birdseye with a real ringtail lizard wrap. All I can say is Great work Chad! (If you haven't tried a Cam Cue maybe it's...

    This thread should be removed.......

This thread, Deno's thread, and whatever the he.. a "drivermaker" is (can't be pool) are all a waste of space & bandwidth on an allready slow site.................................. Stick a pitchfork (a reg fork wouldn't stick in the charcoal this has become) in the threads and the IPT.

    My Nitti in progress.......

My Nitti in progress....... (Finished) This cue is about 5% complete right now but I will update as it goes together. The rings on the handle still need silver bands and silver dots w/ ivory centers. The ebony handle sections get a lot of ivory inlaid into each piece. The forearm is way over...

    How many makers would.............??

How many makers would cut out a few hundred $ worth of ivory because of a 5/1000" alignment problem on points? Something I don't think anyone would notice with the naked eye. I went over to Chris Nitti's today and the 4 high points on the 8 ivory points in the forearm were cut back out. The...

FS: Scruggs s/p - near mint

This is one of, if not the nicest Scruggs s/p you will ever see for sale. The finish was fading a little so I just had it refinished by Chris Nitti (I picked it up today). It has a few very minor scratches on the buttcap, other than that the butt is perfectly straight and mint. The cue's...

    Adams "Miserak" cue...ever seen one?

A friend showed me an old 4 pt lion logo Adams cue that had a "Steve Miserak" (not Mizerak) signature between the points. Has anyone else ever seen this? I had to laugh when I did and my only thoughts were the Chinese can't even make knockoff signatures correctly. :D

    People are still here?

I can't believe this topic is still going. I guess all of the people left are the ones that cause all of the crashes rubber-necking at auto accidents. The IPT Forum should have been deleted and thrown in the archives by now.............. :(

    Cue identification and security

How many owners of cues could prove ownership in court? Or makers identify when or even if they made a certain cue? I mark all of my valuables with a simple invisible to the naked eye permanent UV pen that shows up under a UV black light. Cue makers can mark cues under the finish for later...

    Real Kersenbrock for trade only

I have a nice Purpleheart Kersenbrock 19 oz w/ 2 original shafts 12mm +or -, also 1 new 13mm shaft with ivory ferrule (made by Nitti 11/06 - Old Growth maple & SW taper). I would rate the cue @ around 90% because of a few minor dings here and there from normal use. Dr Wu of Wu's Cues offered me...

How much interest does $3 million draw a month?

I was just wondering what the money (if there really is any) is making someone by just setting idle?

    Beating the Slump from Hel..

After as many years as I've played competitive pocket billiards I know slumps come and go. They are just a part of the game. The one that has hit me now has me going nuts. After being in the hospital a few times over the last year from diabetes problems the slump has a deadlock on me. My eyes...

    R.I.P. - U.S. Open

Atleast there were 29yrs of a true U.S. "Open" in which all players had an equal chance in the event. With the involvement of the U.P.A. and the "seeding of players" the event is now only a commercial farce. Half of the former winners of this event would not have a title now in their portfolio...

Good Question? Why is the Eastern half of the US loaded with players?

I spent 5 years traveling the country. It was job related(some here that have pm'd me from around the country figured out who I was from this.) I spent a lot of time in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, and the list goes on for the western side. I...

    Dumbest Games ever seen made:

Just to break all the serious stuff up a little. What was the funniest or craziest game(s) you've seen made in recent years? Like the fool at the local room here that was looking for a game and was bothering everyone to play. He looked over on the corner table and said to the player there "...

    Basic Pool Rules

I found these somewhere on the net a long time ago. I did modify them a little to give to a friend. Here are 10 in no real order: 1) In the long run skill will always beat luck and in a short race the better player does not always win. 2) No matter how much you try, there is no explaining the...

About half of what's in our house :)
