So I was watching a documentary on the History Channel about sideshow freaks. They did a bit of background on places like Luna park, which burned to the ground in 1911. They then showed a still photo of a freak show in the newer park, and right next to it was a huge sign for the Surf Billiard...

Looks like I'll be spending a couple months in Richmond, Va. Anyone have advice on good halls within the city limits? "Good halls" being a relative term, by that I mean affordable table time (especially great discounts during off hours), lowkey vibe that makes it easy to practice alone...
