i have a few shafts that r going on 3 years or so.i dont get it.why do people drop off a shaft and then disappear.i usually get their number but when i call its like oh yeah i have to pick that up.lol

have a purpleheart forearm with ebony points. small glue line showing on one point.what do you guys recommend i touch it up with.because of illnesses i am far behind on cue orders.customer is patient but wants his cue.so any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks brian

it always suprises me that customers dont know what tip they r using.not the average player but people that play at a high level.i have several customers using szambotis and other high end cues and when they want a tip they say "i dont know, a medium" lol.

just made first set of milk duds.just a few hits but they seem like unpressed triangles to me. i like them but,whats the point.or maybe i havent used it enouph.how r the dudleys from mueller.any different?i now have triangles soaking in milk.what is your opinions, thanks

anyone using diamondback non layered tips.my friend gave me one at a tournament and i thought it was a joke.it looked like a triangle that was dyed black till i finally tried it.to my suprise it plays great.
