    9 Ball break - White ball on the side pocket

    I have a fairly strong break, but on occasions I pocket the white on the Left side pocket, I break on the Right side with my bridge hand on the rail with low english, aiming at the 1 ball dead Center. Am I hitting the 1 ball a bit to the left ?

    Jump cues - Does half an ounce matter ?

    I just drilled out my Break cue and was able to get an ounce off the weight and the impact on my break was phenominal, I was wondering if something similar can be done to a jump cue, I reckon with the diameter of the jump cue, I may be able to get half an ounce off. Will this be worth it ?

    aiming and tip diameters

    for the last past couple of years I normally use a 11.5 to 12.00 mm tip pool cue and I seem to notice that when I use a larger tip from 12.5 to 13.00 mm my pocketing seems to suffer, I would always miss the pocket by an inch to the right...any thoughts on this ?
