I would like some comments on practicing on a larger table then playing competition on a bar box. Does it hurt or help your game? I have always practiced on a valley bar box but just got an 8" olhausen and feel like I have never played the game before. Im sure its just a matter of time and practice.

Im gona make a trip to Chicago next weekend. Need some info on a friendly place to play pool with quality tables and have a couple beers. Maybe look for some small action of 5 a game or so or even a tournament, gotta be carefull, small town guy in a shark filled big town. Thanks.

I bought a mezz pb2 and was shocked at the way the balls just explode from the rack. I have preety good break with a regular stick. Heres the problem- the balls exploded from the rack but so does the cue ball. I just cant control the cue ball with this stick(lots of scratches). Anyone else have...
