How would you say the Predator wood to wood joint sneaky with 314(2) shaft plays? Whippy, stiff, a little in between?

I'm looking at either an Omega or J&J cue butt with an OB Classic shaft and a Sniper tip. Would this combo be a decent player?

I gonna be buying this break cue soon and was wondering if the tip can changed on it just in case I don't like the sonic tip that it comes with.

Is the deflection rate the same between the Classic and Classic Pro or does one deflect more than the other?
