If you are over 6'-3" what are you supposed to use for a carom cue? Making a shaft longer doesn't solve the issue. Are tall people are at a disadvantage for carom billiards? I don't know of many tall carom champions. Are carom cues designed for players of a smaller stature? Are there carom cues...

What does this do?

This is the rail / cushion view of a carom table. Can someone tell me what's wrong with this rail. The gap between the nose of the cushion and the top of the flat wood rail is about 3/8". Does anyone know if this is normal? All comments are welcome!
