    :smile:just wondering do any of you gentlemen do any thing with breathing, i find myself taking a couple of breaths while doing my practice strokes and then take a short breath and hold it thru the shot much like shooting a rifle. how about you any thoghts on the subject??:thumbup:

    how to get shafts white again??

    I know different cleaning methods have been discussed before, and i use 91% alcohol and magic erasers and reburnish with leather, this does a pretty good job but i'm still looking for something that will make my shafts and ferrules look like new again. any ideas will be appreciated.
