Got my great grand fathers cue and cover!! It's a john roberts jr snooker cue and has a metal case. Looks like a real antique, can anyone give me some info on the name??? Thanks pete

Came out of my great grandfathers estate. A snooker cue marked john roberts jr and it had the case. Not sure if case belongs with it??? It is a metal case. Never seen anything like it, looks like a real antique....says jim on the case?? Just wondering if anyone has any idea the value of either...
