What makes the shaft and butt straight when connected, the pins or the flat surfaces of both shaft and butt? if the surfaces is not true, will it still be straight when connected?

Most pros use a glove when using CF shafts, at least the ones that I have seen on TV. I have both Rhino and Revo and using it without gloves works and find no need to use a glove.

I have got a pretty decent break at 25-26 mph, but when I played on a table that was about 2 inches lower than the usual tables that I am used to, my break, for lack of a better word, sucked, no power, scratching and not hitting the 1 ball where I wanted. Guessing I wont be playing there again...
