    Chalking; yes again.

Ok so this has probably come up before but now that we have Kamui it is a bit of a game changer. I hope I word this poll well and there are enough options, I have allowed multiple choice because there is actually more than 1 question here. Please read all the options before you vote there may...

    Long stroke vs. short stroke?

Ok if this has been talked about a lot I sure have had no luck in finding it. I am having an argument with my friend and wanted to know every ones opinion about type of stroke having an effect on the path of the cue ball, not how the (for most people) body functions; but JUST the different type...

More than a 2 way shot in 9ball?

Has anyone here ever had a 2 way+ shot as in a 3way?, 4way? I am not talking about a blasting of the balls and hoping something goes in I am talking about a controlled shot in which you know where all the balls are going but there are more than 2 possibilities. I know this may be a little tough...

Why can’t system and HAMB coexist?

I am fairly new to the forum but I do have a serious question for the “aiming system naysayers”; why is it that when the aiming system advocates start to talk there is always someone who says “you don’t need an aiming system you need to HAMB” or “there is no substitute for practice” or something...

    So who was poolkillers/poolkillers81?

Sorry but I have to cover it all, I allowed multiple choice. I feel compelled to ask this in a poll because of how bizarre that person is and have to ask here if there has ever been anything like this person here.

    Rack inspectors.

With opponent racks or ref racks what’s your opinion of the “rack inspectors” not meaning those who come down and look it over if they think there may be a problem (because I think everyone does that; or at least a VERY high % of us) but rather those who carefully inspect every rack even though...

    Never/Always

To the people that use “never” and “always” in discussions about pool I have this to say. “You will never be always correct (other than about the physics of the game).

So is this a “shark attack” or not? Explain why or why not.

    A new rule?

Would you be in favor of a general rule of pool that stated very clearly that purposefully stopping a cue ball in motion by one of the players is a serious foul and penalized by something other than BIH? If yes should it be game specific? Like 15 balls in 14.1, loss of game in 8 & 9ball etc...
