    We all know that you never see any cue sports on TV in the US. But the fact that pool will NOT be shown on the major networks was driven home a week or so ago: for two consecutive nights the collegiate cornhole...yes corn-effing-hole...was on ESPN.

    Pool halls in Bradenton Florida area

    Anyone know of a hall in the area of Bradenton with decent 9' tables? No bar tables, coin ops or teen hangouts. I have looked at Livingston's and Pool Hall 41 and neither are my cup of tea. Perhaps a veterans organization or fraternal hall such as BPOE, etc. TIA

    Getting a ball spot

    What does it mean if a better 9 ball player spots a weaker player the 8 (or 7 or any other ball)? Does the weaker player win on sinking the spotted ball? Or does he ignore the spotted ball and shoot the 9?
