Looking for ball return parts. Also looking for rails. I have a 1964 at least the castings are that year. Also if you have any of the metal holders for bridge rack or cue.
I have a 1964 AMF Grand Prix 9' table. I'm trying to find parts for. The table has ball return not drop pocket. If you have any parts let me know. If you have parts in better shape I may be interested even if I have them.
Thanks Chad
I got a set of vintage nos aramith premium balls that have never been used. The set comes with an oversized cue ball 2 3/8 the others are 2 1/4 standard size. My question is can I replace the cue ball with no ill effects on the ball set. I know many say not to mix ball sets, but just wanted to...
I just got a NOS set of Aramith Crown standards from the 70s. I found another set, but these are the Aramith Premier. Is it wise to have multiple sets or a waste of money? I know this is kind of a subjective question, but just wanted to bounce it around. I just thought it might save on the...
9' 1964 AMF Grand Prix. which way would be better to have them relaminted or ship a set that is good to go. I found a table a guy is trashing, and can get them cheap vs getting them redone I think thy have to be vacum sealed??? I was told by a tech. What direction should I lean.
Its the padded material between the metal, and the molded return rubber. Its 3/16" thick
Does anyone know what material it is or what its called? Thanks
Does anyone know if AMF had a cue rack that was a copy of the Brunswick GC cue rack?
I have pictures, but can find no data on if this is a true rack or one made to look like a AMF rack from a Brunswick GC rack.
Did AMF hang these in pool halls with their tables? Was said to go with the Grand...
Need a Cue, and Bridge holder for 9' 1964 AMF Grand Prix. Other parts you have laying around may also spark my interest. Never hurts to have spare parts! If you have something let me know.
Also interested in AMF cue rack. Thanks Chad
With so many on the market, and such a huge difference in price range how do you go about getting the best cue? There is no way you can honestly test them all so is price the main factor along with what is around your area of purchase? Everyone will have a favorite for various reasons, and many...
Can anyone tell me the value of 20+ year old never used AMP Legacy cues? I can not find much info about them. A fellow AZB member has them, but I don't want to spend without knowing more about them.
what are the fasteners that hold the metal, and rubber together on the ball return channel by the ball box? They look like a brass rivet crossed with a paper fastener. Its a 1964 AMF Grand Prix. Can you get them any place??

What colors to avoid, and what colors are good. Also do you do the bed the same color as the rails? If different do you do the bed the darker color, and the rails a lighter color?
I have four or five colors in mind Green, Gold, Blue, Purple, Orange.
Many of you may or may not know this trick so here goes.
It can be done with many different liquids along with using aluminum foil. I used plain tap water along with the foil, and this is the results I got from it. Pics below are the chrome feet to my AMF table.
