    Lowest deflection kielwood

Mine was not as noisy, solid KW. Changing the tip makes a big difference. And i agree, the old growth shafts are the best maple i have hit with. I have two custom made.

    World Darts Championship.....................

That documentary has already aired in the UK, it is a great watch. Darts is there biggest earner. I was surprised, snooker didn't get more attention, other than the stuff in saudi with the golden ball. It was a good insight, to see how they run the business.

    World Darts Championship.....................

This is my view as well, it started with the mosconi and world pool masters, 1999 was his first big world championships in Cardiff wales. That one, was exciting!! How you compare it to, todays game, you shouldn't, different era, different time in my opinion.

    World Darts Championship.....................

I agree,he went through a period i think it was 16,17,18 and 19 those years were he was untouchable.then everybody caught up. He won everything. He didn't win as many world championships, i thought he would. Not to say, he can't win many more! I was never a fan, i could never get past his...

    World Darts Championship.....................

I watch whole 20 days every year, i get SKY every December for the mosconi, and keep it going over the month subscription, so i can watch it all. The best and most exciting game at the moment. Luke LIttler reminds me of O'Sullivan. Just like snooker, darts has got this big, in recent years...

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

Your right about that, they are everywhere now. These player endorsements definitely make the average player, believe that they need this or that shaft. You would think by now that CF, with would have taken over. But there are still pros, who do there own thing. I would guess that the list will...

    Solid vs layered tips

It is crazy good, its amazing the impact that carbon fibre has had, since 2018. Which started the demand for the next best thing you can buy, to go in line, with the expensive shafts, same with the chalks. I dont remember, these kind of prices for tips, back then. Its no surprise, as you said...

    Solid vs layered tips

The most expensive tip i seen, was at $45. Seems like there is a tip for every occasion!! So many on the market now.

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

At the end of the day, its what your comfortable with. (Playing and paying) We all know its complete rubbish, it doesn't take much, to play very well with any cue. You spend enough time with it. I have spent thousands, and then only 300 or so. Your 600 is more than enough.if it works for you...

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

Great post, good to hear where your market currently is. Just goes to show, customs are still selling, just not in the volume they use to be.

    Solid vs layered tips

If you want a consistent, solid tip, these are the way to go. There is something about triangles, when you get one, you like. They play amazing well, i agree too, tips today are way overpriced. Nothing wrong, with staying with what you know works!!

    Solid vs layered tips

One thing i would say on that, is you paid double, what an everest goes for online. so i can understand the expectation. I recently just spent $30 on a jump tip.i seen the reviews. But again you never know.

    Masters Chalk glazing over?

I have never used toam so i don't know. Im sure someone has though, i wanted a quality chalk that was a close to a triangle or a masters. It was very well reviewed on here. One other i have used a lot, is the triangle pro chalk, also really good, only available in green though.

    Masters Chalk glazing over?

It shouldn't look like that, that looks rock hard. Does this happen with every block you use?

    Masters Chalk glazing over?

Me nether, i use them alot. Depending on cloth color, green or blue never had an issue. The one chalk i found, that is like masters, is navigator. Very nice chalk.

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

I had a similar experience with a kenny murrell cue, just played amazing. Though yours is hell of a price tag, I dont quite get, these comments about modern production cues, play better than a customs. I've played with a meucci BMC series 3, it hit very nice. but i would still, choose a custom...
