91% dries faster. I think it is used in applications where water cannot be used (Computer cleaning and such). Seems like 70% would work fine for the shaft. I think it is primarily used for killing infection and bacteria and stuff. (Works better on skin than 91% alcohol for a disinfectant)

There are probably a lot of factors that could make this true I imagine. A slightly imperfect hit on a shot, accidentally imparting some left/right, creating some deflection. A non LD shaft could deflect enough to miss the shot. Is the guy better really? He is the person who made the poor...

I have to agree with Andrew Manning. Josh Roberts is one of the best one pocket commentators I have watched. Any stream with him is worth watching a few times. One pocket will definitely show you weaknesses in your game. It can be humbling. Good luck
