Mathematical calculations on these types of shots are so difficult and I have no idea if there is even a good system for them or not. I am assuming that most good players including Efren use feeling on these types of shots. Hit them a few hundred times till you get a better feeling.

Admittedly, the manual cleaning can be very tiring to the hands and forearms. Especially if you wait too long and the cleaner dries up on the balls.
