Disregard. Saw Chris Nitti this morning. He verified it is NOT Cortland, But another linen that was "pressed" and "treated."

This white with green spec linen is on my TAD cue. It's original,and feels NOTHING like other Irish linens I have on other sticks. By this pic, could anyone tell me if it's Cortland or another Irish linen. Did TAD use Cortland...

14 years ago, a 5 pack in 9 ball. Recently started playing again.. a 3 pack, and a 5 pack playing ghost using a magic rack. Yes, I know that's kinda cheating.

Funny you mentioned this. I ALWAYS keep one shaft at original 13mm, just in case I sell it. I have Chris Nitti pro taper the other to 12.75, My preferred thickness.

Do they appear "poorly" cut as compared to the tight cut Brunswick at Hard Times Jay?

Having owned several of Nitti's cues, I can say they are one of THE best hitting cues ever. His attention to detail, and craftsmanship are top of the chain.. This cue is a fine example of his work. Great cue, great price!

So relieved reading these replies. I completely agree, and just need some clarification. It literally makes playing on that table, NOT VERY FUN. I truly like the Diamond tables that RACKS billiards offers in Sanford FL. They are 4.25" pockets, and play tightly, BUT.. they WILL accept a pocket...

Here's a 9' Brunswick table that has it's pockets "shimmed" to 4 inches. One of the pockets is actually 3 and 7/8ths. This table gives me fits! I have yet to run more than a 3 pack here without "rattling." Anyone else have a nemesis table they play on? I have nightmares about this table...
