Left handed chalk - for left eye dominant players

For archery and rifles, I switched to using my left hand - archery was the easiest switch. I am definitely more accurate. I can shoot pool lefty for those hard to reach shots (I am only five feet tall so they come up frequently) but the OB must be relatively close to the pocket. I can't shoot...

Left handed chalk - for left eye dominant players

Now... try being right handed, left eye dominant, with boobs - you gotta get your head over the cue with boobs in the way. :)

So now I have a Diamond

Actually, what he would really say is, we already have an 8 foot table… Why do you need a nine footer?

So now I have a Diamond

He would say it’s a pain in the ass to have a unicorn for a wife and pool isn’t a cheap hobby.

So now I have a Diamond

I'm so jealous. Keep us posted! Also, can your wife talk to my husband? The "I need a 9 footer" talks are not going well....

Female/short shooter: Cuetec Propel vs Predator Air Rush - weight balance question

Hi - I am going to get the Cuetec Propel or the Predator Air Rush and am unable to try before I buy. I have been doing the Reddit/ AZ Billiards Forums deep dive and it seems like it is basically a toss-up between two good, reliable cues. That said, I hear that the Cuetec is balanced near the...

    Middle Finger vs Forefinger

Fran, A few months ago I started doing drills at home… I am just at a time in my life that I can commit more to pool. Anyway, I shoot the drill where I shoot the ball to the short rail and have it returned to my tip. I do this every single day with varying degrees of success. Once I get it...

Is this a snooker table or a pool table?

I decided against it. In the future, I will have more room (garage conversion) but don't right now - and in the meantime, I don't have room to store it. If I knew for sure it was a 10 foot table with all its parts, I would go for it anyway, but there are just too many questions. Thanks, everyone.

    UK “women’s” final

I got one. He plays, but I need to talk him into it sometimes. But he’s extremely supportive of me playing. Even got me a table for our 20th wedding anniversary… Best present ever and I’m not someone that even likes to celebrate anniversaries. I usually just forget about them.

Is this a snooker table or a pool table?

I want buy this if it's a 10 foot pool table... but when I zoom in, are these snooker pockets? You can look at the slate with it taken apart... I can't tell. The owner says it's a pool table but the pockets look so small (which is fine - I just want the rails to be pool height and not have those...

    UK “women’s” final

FYI - I am this woman. COMPLETELY obsessed with pool. I play for hours. I bought a table. I run drills most work nights for two hours and longer on the weekends. I love the sound. I love the way it feels. I have zero anxiety about pool. I am perfectly happy playing by myself or playing games...

    UK “women’s” final

Just a reminder: be nice. It’s a hot topic. Women sued to be part of spaces that were strictly for men in order to participate- but that was mostly long ago and needed at that time. And now that we do have that right, most of us have zero issues with men’s events and women’s events ( and what...

    UK “women’s” final

I think men should have there own thing - don’t lump us all in the same group. Most women have no issues with men having their events and women having theirs.
