    Jump Bridges?

Sure. Why not? There are a million different bridge heads...

    Jump Bridges?

And every one of those has specific rules and limitations on what equipment can be used, and how it's used.

    Jump Bridges?

Am I understanding? You think we should be allowed to use other things/equipment to elevate the bridge hand? Interesting. I honestly have no real opinion on that. I don't think I would call the rule prohibiting it any more stupid than any other rule that limits how equipment is to be used...

    Jump Bridges?

Exactly. Just like you can't use a piece of chalk on the rail to get your bridge hand higher...

    Jump Bridges?

What do you mean by impeding "evolution of play"? How does the rule applied to jump shots do that? Does a prohibition of using other outside equipment to raise or elevate your bridge hand also "impede evolution of play"? I'm genuinely trying to understand your point...

    Jump Bridges?

If you read my first post you'll see that I've actually used the ez jumper to teach people how to jump if they're struggling to get the elevation necessary with their own bridge hand. No binding at all on that one. Why is it a silly rule? The rule is consistent in that it follows the other...

    Jump Bridges?

Again, the bridge is not used to support or elevate your bridge hand. It supports and elevates the cue itself. Like any other mechanical bridge. Perfectly legal.

    Jump Bridges?

What rule? I can't speak to VNEA which appears to use some kind of proprietary rules unique to their league, but the WPA/BCA/CSI rules are consistent and clear. The bridges themselves are perfectly legal.

    Jump Bridges?

Those bridges do not "support or elevate your bridge hand". Perfectly legal.

    Jump Bridges?

Completely legal. I've used the first one to help people learn to jump. Especially those with smaller hands...

    Measle balls in practice

It's easier for me to observe relative rates of spin, and yes, that helps. And not just in practice. Most rooms around here use them too.

    J&J Standard Cue

Good looking basic cue and if you don't like it you're out the price of a decent lunch. 👍

    "In the middle"

Agree 100%. Nobody in the history of the world ever said "I'll bet you $10 in the middle that the Packers will beat the Jets… Absolute silliness. Nits trying to sound as if they're betting more than they are...
