Sold Maximus Heritage 3/4 snooker cue (maple)

Purchased exactly one month ago directly from Green Baize in England. I played with this cue twice. Fantastic looking and hitting cue, but my friend who originally was going to purchase it from me has backed out. Looking to get exactly what I paid, and I'll even throw in a free case. Maximus...

We have 14- Brunswick Gold Crown 3's on hand!

This pool hall looks very familiar, is that Miss Cue Billiards? I think I played in the Junior Nationals there in 1996.

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

Had a 7 hour snooker session with a buddy of mine and we both used my new cue. I think the cue plays great, however, we do not lol. The feel and balance of the cue is very nice. Here are my specs... Tip size 9.5 mm Length 57″ Weight 18.4oz Butt diameter 30 mm Balance point 17″ The snooker...

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

I did some googling because I heard only good things and there's definitely a camp of people who either don't like his work, him, or some combination. You know how people are, especially if you're considered the top of something, they like to shit all over you. I'll see if I can find some of...

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

I've read across multiple places over the net and everybody has an opinion on his cues, some say the best, some say the worst and the customer service is terrible. I had access to get one so I jumped, if I don't like it, I sell it. I appreciate your opinion and haven't enough experience with...

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

I was actually quite impressed. I received my cue within a week from the UK. Shipping costs were ridiculous, but what isn't these days?

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

Obviously they range in price but this is literally his most basic cue, no frills except a SD joint added for extensions. I think this cue runs around the $500 range. I bought mine from somebody brand new in the spec range I was looking for but paid more for the privalege of not waiting at least...

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

I wish I could have sprung for a one piece, it's just a bit too unwieldy to carry around for me just getting into snooker. Maybe some time down the road I'll take the plunge and get a one piece :)

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

Any recommendations for a decent case that won't break the bank. Anything in the custom handmade range under $250 that will fit 3/4ths cue and extensions?

Importing snooker cue from the UK (warping concerns?)

Thank you! I'm just going back and forth on whether or not I want to go with the more common ash shaft or what I'm used to, which is a maple shaft. Decisions!
