I tried it and the balls racked tight except for 1 ball on a back corner. They shoulda put the instructions on the package.

I've used the magic rack at home now for a couple of years. I'm on the second one. Neither one gets all the balls touching. Usually turning the rack to a different corner helps but I don't think I'm getting much better racks than with a triangle.

I just watched Jason Shaw play Marvin Asis. A Phillipino i hadn't heard of. He had Jason down 8-4 but lost 9-8. Any way I looked him up on Fargo and it says no player found. How do you get to that skill level and not have a rating?

It is fun when I feel like I'm playing well, win or lose. It's not fun if I'm struggling & can't figure out why.

I think it would depend on the starter rating. Like Bob said they are usually set by the tournament director. If he set the two at 500 then they would be 550 and 450. Of course that wouldn't happen because being in a tournament they would naturally be playing other players.

I had the same issue with my Defy, I contacted customer service and shipped it to them. I paid one way shipping but they refinished the shaft and shipped it back no charge. I've had it back for at least a year and it's smooth as silk. I've only wiped it down a few times.

When I miscue it's me not the chalk.

I ain't buying it because I think I'll play better. I'm buying it to keep my table clean like everyone says it does.

I haven't gone the expensive chalk route but am considering the Toam v10 for my home table because it is supposed to be much cleaner. I have blue cloth. Has anyone noticed a difference between the blue and green? I'll probably still use Masters at the pool hall.

I watch efren playing in the Philippines. The last couple matches he's been using a carbon shaft. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Years ago there was a bar in Houghton Lake Michigan that had a 3x6. I haven't been there in a long time. It is a small place and I don't think they have a table anymore.

I like the PoolDawg branded ones. They last as long as the expensive ones and fit well. They used to be 5$, now they are 8$. I usually buy a couple pair at a time because they're not always in stock. I tried some of the super cheap ones from Amazon but they fall apart right away.
