Recently replaced the factory, cheap and soft ferrule on a carbon with a "melamine" type material. Now it has a bit of "tink" sound. Ideas on how to remedy this or prevent this in the future???

I have a customer who requested I turn down this shaft....to 11mm. Which I was willing to do. Until I saw the brand. "VIKORE" Can it even be turned down? Seems it has some sort of core.

Thank you for the response and advice. Yes, they are junk. I've seen several that are mushroomed. My customers are flowing in with these. Are the Cynergy ferrules T type ?

I've had a couple customers ask about replacement of the ferrule on a Cuetec Cynergy due to the ferrule itself mushrooming. I have yet to take on a CF or fiberglass repairs. Suggestions???

The customer is aware this is only a cosmetic repair. The cue will never see chaulk again. Its being kept for sentimental reasons.

I have a customer with a cracked, plain joint collar/ring. He only wants expoxy in the crack. Which I have already done. However, the crack is still visible. Which type of black paint will adhere to the collar/ring so I can clear coat it?
