    Lowest deflection kielwood

Is low deflection something that you really want, especially after years of maple shafts? Do players actually see their game improve with ld play? I am a 500 fargo player and I can alternate between wood and cf easily, without me noticing much. I actually think I prefer wood for feedback.

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

I think I may have misspoke when using the word custom, I'm okay with a production cue as long as it meets certain specs, mostly aesthetically.

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

I would like to purchase a nice custom cue but $1500 is my desired limit. I know they can get quite expensive.

    Lowest deflection kielwood

I guess my point was that people enjoy the feel of wood, and how it does deflect the ball. Deflection is not a bad thing if you know how to use it?, and it also feels good to people. I used a friend's KW yesterday, it's sound was a bit different, but the biggest aspect that I liked about it was...

    Lowest deflection kielwood

What are the advantages of wood over cf or kw? I see alot of players use cf for a while, only to go back to wood because they enjoy the feel better. I like both, personally, and maybe wood slightly more.

    Got Scammed

How do you know whether to trust somebody when you purchase in this forum or not? I am thinking about buying a stick, and this crosses my mind.

He wouldn't have a chance against me! No chance of losing, that is.

I'd love to see pictures of your stick.

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

I sometimes go several league nights wo needing a jump cue, because it's not a shot that comes up that often. When it does, I am ready quickly, and not much hassle. Because the shot does not come up that often players are not that well versed in jumping. It is a skill set that needs practice...

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

I am 6'1", and sorry, but I have never given thought to a longer stick need for jumping. Usually players disassemble their b\j cue because it's too long or too heavy. Also, some in here are talking about a dedicated break cue and a dedicated jumper, and I was always in that persuasion as well...

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

Huh? 58 in is not long enough? 🤔 I have to disagree, that is more than sufficient. Plus any length combination you may need. Sorry, if you think that my j / b is not long enough, you may need an instructor?

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

I just won a game on a short, quick up and down shot, with this jumper. There are a number of things I like about this particular jumper, looks and feel and such, but it is so versatile having a three-piece butt that you can adapt to the shaft to get any jumping need taken care of. Predator...

    Projector training system

At age 70, I think I would desire to have a rep install one for me. I would benefit from their suggestions and installation skills to get me started. I really don't want to do it myself, I don't have the patience.

For pure feel, which wrap is best between Wild Stallion, Bison, Spanish Bull or Shrunken Goat?

yes, just what a billiards website needs, is more bs. There seems to be more bs than actual pool info. Everybody is a comedian!

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

Both will work, it's all in the operator who uses the cue stick. I don't think a dedicated jump cue would work better than my j/bq stick, it is so easy. The bottom line is that it is much easier just to handle your player cue and a j/b cue then three different sticks in the bag.

Why All the DONUTS on Dr. Dave’s Table? AWESOME DRILLS for Players of All Levels!

Here is a drill a friend of mine suggested for me, he is a very good player, and I am an intermediate player. You congregate all 15 balls at least one diamond out in every direction from the rail, and with ball in hand, you pocket all the balls without the cue ball touching a rail. It's a little...

For pure feel, which wrap is best between Wild Stallion, Bison, Spanish Bull or Shrunken Goat?

I like the look of the leather elephant ear wrap on my stick, that's probably the main reason I put it on there. Also, I like the feel of it as well, it gives me plenty of grip or slide depending on what I am looking for. I wonder if the op uses the real animal leather or simulated, not sure...

    Fold marks

I got new cloth on a table at home, I think it's champion, but I never noticed any fold marks in the cloth itself. First thing that crossed my mind was, how long was this in the package state maybe sitting on a shelf somewhere?
