Bye bye spare bedroom, Hello 12×28 (shop)

I was actually going over electrical with a buddy today. He is a construction guy, he said "do you really need that many" I replied, I'd rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them".

Bye bye spare bedroom, Hello 12×28 (shop)

Yeah I currently just use a Bluetooth speaker for music and pods, and my phone for anything I want to watch when I can. I was gonna go with a TV but ended up ordering a projector today. As for dust collection I haven't completely ironed that out.

Bye bye spare bedroom, Hello 12×28 (shop)

Its been a long time coming but I'm moving out of the ol'spare bedroom. Friday I bought a 12×28 building that should be delivered this week. There's a lot of work ahead. Insulation being the first box to check. I am interested in any heads up, and or advice for moving to a bigger, dedicated...

    Gun drill?

Boring as far as I can (6 or 8 inches) is definitely in my plans.

    Gun drill?

I know what they are and what they're used for. I was curious what they do differently than just a long drill bit. Because obviously there's a difference was just curious what that difference was. Deedeescues answered that thanks

    Gun drill?

I do not remember. But like I said they may have been referring to who or where they bought it from. Must have been a cheap ebay drill.

    Gun drill?

I seen some comments about gun drills saying things like, they were suckers back when they bought them. They definitely could have been referring to where or who they bought them from. But it has me wondering how necessary they are. Im sure chip extraction and exact cutting diameter is a big...

For coring? I just need a lil direction on the best route to take to build my first one. I can core (gun drill) and or bore with a 6 inch bar.

I'll go back and look but I did not see that it says any of them are cored. There's a few alternative pics that show they definitely are not.

    Build (coring) ?

I know this is a dumb question for you veterans but I want to build something for myself. After years of repair work I think I have the equipment and a fair bit of knowledge of the building process. These would need to be cored and plugged (maple) with forearm (female), handle (male with pin)...

I know this is a stupid question for you veterans but im dipping my toes in a build after many years of repairs. This forearm needs to be cored and plugged correct? Before I buy I would like to be as ready as I can be. Maple core (female) and ready for a handle (male, plus pin)? Same for...
