Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

Most of everything is made in China. I bet many parts on the Diamond table are in fact made in China. Just because something is assembled in the USA doesn't mean its 100% made in the USA. I gave up on trying to avoid China made stuff a long time ago because it is dang near impossible. Even if...

Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

I just bought a brand new Imperial Eliminator 7' table with championship speed tan cloth. It has a three piece one inch slate. It came with everything: pool cues, balls, bridge stick, 8 ball and 9 ball racks, wall rack, brush, tan chalks to match the felt a table cover and even a rules book. I...

Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

There is a pool hall that is selling a used 7ft Diamond for $6500. Imo, that is way too much when you can get a brand new one for 7k. However, the worst part about a Diamond table is waiting for it to be built, Diamond said they are 800 tables behind and it can take 10 months to get a new table...

Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

I just called a local entertainment rental company, he said they only use non-slate tables because of ease for travel.

I wish I had the room for a GC, it would be a no brainer to get one. However, from what I hear, Brunswick is essentially a Chinese company now.

Yeah but any of them I see on the used market are all beat up looking bar tables and they want a grand or more for them.

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

This is a local custom new T.C. Naz table, 1" slate, solid maple wood stained black. 3k OTD brand new for a 7 footer. $300 more than an Imperial Eliminator table. I'd be supporting a local business and getting a quality solid wood table. It takes 4 weeks turn around time. Is it advisable to get...

Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

I meant no disrespect to any forum members here but many of you all are anonymous. Of course the Imperial Eliminator tables are low end budget which is reflected in the price but for those out there like myself that are just looking for a decent budget 7ft slate table to play on recreationally...

Imperial pool tables, are they any good? Comments welcome.

This dude who not only plays in tournaments but also teaches students on his Imperial Eliminator pool table says they are good for the money. Actually, Imperial Eliminator tables are often used at Colleges. Who should I believe, some anonymous posters on a forum or a professional pool player and...

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

Thanks for the reply. That is a good idea to check out the custom tables. I'm actually leaning towards the 7 ft table for better clearance. Tim @ Clark and Son is great, he a spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering every question I had. He claims the Imperial Eliminator table is good...

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

Did they ever make a Brunswick GC in a regular size 8? All the used GC tables I see on the market have been the oversized 8 ft which I cannot fit in my room. I think might just get the Imperial eliminator with pro pockets and tournament speed cloth like the dude raves about in the video above.

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

This guy claims the Imperial plays well and best 2k he spent. He said he was going to get a Diamond but couldn't justify the 8k price. For those of you who say the Diamond will hold its value better, actually, you'll still lose about 2k when you go to sell your diamond table. When you go to sell...

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

Thank for the reply! Clark & Son are great. That's who I was going to get the new Imperial table from. However, after doing more research on here I realize that those cheap mdf tables can end up with bolts lose and not holding up as well over time like the premium tables. My room size is 19.5' x...

T.C. NAZ Custom Pool Tables Any Good?

I'm looking to buy a 7 ft slate pool table. My budget is 3k max. I've been looking on facebook marketplace and craigslist for months and most used tables around the Cleveland Ohio area are old and worn out and 95% of them are 8ft+ tables. I came across a local billiard company that makes custom...

Best value for a white modern pool table

This table I ordered (Same as the OP), supposedly has a lifetime warranty on all parts. It weighs 700 lbs! The solid wood is actually stained white and made for durability. The Rasson table is a great table for sure.

Best value for a white modern pool table

That looks nice but that is more than double the price I'm paying for mine brand new. I know Diamond tables are some of the best tables you can buy but it is not in my budget now and I'm just a casual recreational player. I've only ever had Sporting Goods MDF tables so this Ozone Billiards...

Best value for a white modern pool table

I ordered the table with the black Predator cloth for an extra $240. When I get it I'll post it here and give my opinion on the table, it has a three piece 1" slate and all solid wood construction. From all the research I've done most players say to avoid black felt but the table will look so...

Best value for a white modern pool table

What other table for less would you recommend? I'm looking for a modern pool table. Most modern pool tables are expensive. Also, the Ozone Billiards table you had can be upgraded to premium felt. I'm thinking I should upgrade to the "teflon" felt?

Best value for a white modern pool table

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it. I've only ever had cheap Sporting Goods wood tables so it must be a step up form my past tables being that it is 1" slate and solid wood. I'm just an occasional recreational player, I don't know slow from fast cloth. lol Really, it'll be mostly for...
