    Sold Predator 9k 3

That was kind of my point. This exact cue brand new on their site is $1,139. And it is in stock. I just didn't want to outright call him out on price since that is against the rules, I believe.

    Mental game poll

Mental game is something I struggled with for a long time. I can make shots, get good shape, and run out without problem when I'm in my rhythm, but I would always get complacent and not really focus on a run or specific shot. Then I would get pissed off at myself and let the doubt creep in. I'm...

Worst Pro Match Meltdown You Seen

At least top 5 has to be Earl/Efren race to 120.

Was it a mistake to get a unilock playing cue? It keeps making a rattling noise whenever there is vibration.

I've been using Uniloc for over 20 years with zero issues. One butt/shaft combination was in use for at least 18 of those years without ever having the issue you stated.

    WTB Predator 314-2 Shaft Uni-Loc

Perfectly straight, but does have a ding around 7" from the ferrule. I tried having it turned down, but it is still noticeable. If interested, make an offer. I used it until about 18 months ago when I switched to carbon. Still shoots great, just don't use it. Also never tried to sell due to...

Yapp is a really likeable guy. Congrats to him. He definitely played better overall for the whole tournament.

Gotta take another break for a bit as the wife just got home for supper. Edit: player break, as well.
  15. JABSolstice

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 9: 1 drops again, and again the cueball nearly follows it in. Clean look at the 2. 5 ball is the only ball somewhat tied up. Yapp plays to combo the 5-8 and drains it, dressing up the 5 nicely. Break and Run. Yapp 6-3 Will he run away, or will we see Gorst come from behind yet again...

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 8 1 drops, but no look at the 2 on the bottom rail. Push out. Yapp plays safe. Fedor almost kicks in the 2, but leaves a bank for Yapp, which he makes. Yapp runs out. Yapp 5-3 Race to 13.

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 7: Yapp makes the 1 and comes a bit close to following it with the cueball, has no shot on the 2. Plays a simple safe behind the 4. Fedor jumps clean, and barely hooks the 2. Yapp nails a full table jump dead center (wow!). Again the 5/6/7 get a little funny, and Yapp rattles the 6...

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 3: Yapp breaks dry and leaves the 1 over the side for Gorst. Gotta go make dinner...more updates later.
  19. JABSolstice

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 2: 1 and 4 go down, but can't see the 2. Fedor pulls the jump cue on a steep cut and nails it. 6 gets in the way of the 3 so he splits it up and down the table. Yapp makes a good hit, but leaves the 3 in the open. Position to the 5 is to a bank shot, which Fedor doesn't like so he...

    US Open 08/18-23

Rack 1: 1 ball goes down. 2 is not on offensively. Yapp plays a bad safe, and Fedor sinks the 2 while opening up the only trouble on the table. Tic tac toe runout gets a little funny on the 5/6/7, but he makes a standard bank on the 7 with perfect shape on the 8. Gorst up 1-0
