Did you talk to Simonis directly or did your installer help you to get everything sorted out? Just asking to see what should I do next.

I'm leaving the serial number here just for reference in case someone else has the same issue with their cloth. Simonis 860 with serial number 3220044. Installed on March of 2023 in Ontario, Canada.

It's very concerning. Simonis is the gold standard and their product isn't cheap. Even if you get a new cloth for free the installation is in the hundreds of dollars.

Thanks. It is indeed original (I've checked with the UV light and there's a serial # on it). I guess I'll have to call Simonis to get this sorted out.
