I took the advice of an AZBilliards forum post to send my cue to Proficient Billiards out of Ephrata PA for repairs, and I couldn’t be more happy I did so. I called and told them what I needed repaired (stripped shaft threads on a custom jump cue) and they gave me a price to get it repaired...
