Im trying to find someone who does hybrid shafts and can match my ring work. I have the rings already.

Anyone have a guess? Ive owned it over 30 years. Was used when i got it. Still straight but i used it to break with in my younger years and the shaft is cracking at the feral. But would love to know what it is and if anyone would use the join on my shaft to make me another one.
