Thanks for the posts - I don't have a close-up lens for my camera yet - it's very very small though (I know it's there) - It's on the edge where the joint becomes flat - I just want to smooth it out and apply something to seal it -

Have a cue with a small chip in the ivory joint - any recommendations on what to use to smooth this out ? Was thinking of some sort of a rubbing compound - Thanks - Andrew
