I'd go with the Joss for a stiffer hit. McD for a slightly softer hit. Both are good cues, just boils down to preference.

It's a bit hard to see the logo. I tried editing the photo as best as i can making the signature as visibile as possible. If you can take a better macro photo, i probably could isolate the signature making it more obvious. This is a best as i can do right now.
