Hartmann Cues My 2 cents is, that I know a few people here in Austria that have had cue repair work and refinish work done by Hartmann and it was excellent! Even fixing and refinishing cues after they were screwed up by another cue maker in Germany.... I have never played with one of his cues...

The dealer probably has to pay close to 20% IMPORT TAX. Maybe a little more depending on the tariff I know that when I buy cues from the states I have to pay between 20% AND 24% depending on who is doing the paper work that day + the post!!!! 20% for the import tax and 3,5 or so for the customs...
