Just out of curiosity... How much are the greens fees per event and are there any other fees being taken out of the entries? Thanks and good luck w/ the event.

The smart room owners are covering the Added $$$ via sponsors, raffles, etc... That way it is not out of pocket. So any greens fees collected are in fact income to the room. Those who chose to donate are hedging the Added $$$ with the greens fees to create a smaller loss for the room.

I keep telling players... If you want to win more money... Pay a higher entry fee and get more players to do the same... Where is all this added (free) $$$ suppose to come from? I would really like to know.

To Everyone... Great insight and input.. I wish all threads went this smoothly.

What no one has mentioned yet is something mentioned in Don Feeney's video series... When a shot is hit with a firm draw stroke the cue ball tends to lift off the table thus over cutting from both sides as the cue ball and object ball centers do not make contact.

For the $$$ I couldn't tell the difference... When I had my cue built Dan showed me two inlays... One was ivory and one was elforyn... I could not tell the difference between the two as is true with most people with just a general knowledge... People / players just assume it is all ivory when...
