Hello AZ'ers. My table is finally in need of some work and the mechanic I last used is no longer available. I'd like to properly shim the pockets and cover it with Simonis 860 cloth. I live just north of the City and appreciate any recommendations I can get. Thanks!

I think you got a wrong read, Barbara. The balls are HUGE and the pockets are much tighter than a snooker table. No similarities at all between the rules. Have a look at the videos and check out this cool & wonderful game. Hmm, chess anyone?
