    use a string to mark out the circumference (near the tip) and then use a ruler to measure it. take that reading and divide by 3.14 (pi). this will give u the diameter of the shaft.

    i dont know him personally but he's on a singaporean pool forum which i frequent. he's not exactly the most popular poster there if u get what i mean. with that said, i do think he is really 14. ps. i think most singaporean kids know that song.
