I have the same tool and it comes standard with HSS. Do you have something else you use to get "thousands" of tips cut with just one sharpening? It works beautifully when sharp, but can rip a tip apart when dull. What's your secret? Thanks Gene

Thank you all for your input. As mentioned before, I'm not looking for who is the best or even the worst for that matter. I am fully aware of the talents of the individuals that do work there. I would like to know why you would, or would not get work done there. Thanks again guys. Gene

If you do, what are the pros and cons of having work done there? I'm specifically asking about the SBE because of the shear volume of people that come through there along with the amount of cue repairmen there. Now, I am hoping this doesn't turn into a who's better and who sucks type thread...
