The only option I'm aware of is for league-cut pockets, which are wider than the pro-cut (4.75" instead of 4.5"). You're not the only one who's had problems with balls bouncing out of pockets. (Both of these are on a Brunswick Metro table.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSTgiutScEk...
