@DeadStick yea that no deflection claim is for sure a false/overstatement. They all cause deflection to some degree, some cause less than others.

Overall for the price schmelkes are decent. I use the butts cause their cheap & I can lighten them worry free. I dont use their shafts ,but do use various Ld shafts with the butts. My biggest gripe with their butts ,is their clear coat is kinda trash ,its been my experience that the clear coat...

Thats disappointing to hear @trob . I havent attended in nearly a decade , was considering going this yr. From what youre saying, it sounds like its lost alot of its allure.

The 2 pictured above are a little thicker than the magic rack, so yes the turtle & dyna dont flex as easily as the magic does. The trade off is they dont crease as easily as the magic rack does. I can get a tight rack with any of the 3 racks being mentioned , however I find with the magic rack...

My mrs got me one of those machines this past xmas, I was surprised how incredibly quick it gets spinning. When we 1st tried it out, it got up to full speed & were both looking at it go & she said, holy hell ,I sure hope that cover dont pop off or we're fkn doomed. 😁
