Several things..... For starters, we NEVER wanted ANYTHING for free or discounted. We wanted a quality cue that "we helped design" from a local cue maker. You know, a "custom cue". "Countless opportunities? This wasn't weeks or months that went by. 4 days, 4 days Deposit wasn't refunded...

My brother and I were huge fans of Jeff's work. Then I guess Jeff got too comfortable with our orders and would put us off and take advantage of us. Jeff will probably tell a story of how I changed my whole cue design around and I didn't want to pay for it. I got the PM that says different...
