just purchased the stream of The Decider day 3 and when I click on "watch stream" the player window pops up and asks me for a "premium login" and "password". what is this? how do I watch the stream?

one problem..... .....i see with this concept is that once the bottom 2 or 3 teams see that they have no chance to make the final playoffs for the cheese, what incentive do they have to continue to play and thus keep adding to a prize fund for which they have no chance of sharing in?
