I set this up, but picture keeps freezing every few seconds. i tried all the troubleshooting on the site and suspect my internet speed is too slow - any idea what speed i would need for this to work? I'll certainly upgrade my service if it means bbc access.

I can't access europlayer in america - it always says not available in my country. i would gladly pay to watch the snooker, but there's no viable option in NA other than desperately scouring the internet for streams. come on, bbc!
