It's the same quality like my other taps. You just have to tap the thread by going four to five times in and out.

Make your own tap. Take a pin and cut grooves into it

This is how RBC would upgrade That's a good idea. I just had to think about it and then I upgraded with a milling attachment. Now i can mill all slots with the same router bit or i can go a little up and down for the right slot width if my bit is too small :wink:

more pics It's as fast as on my Deluxe or Midsize but I can mill more than 2/3/4/6/8/12/24 slots. :grin-square:

When I use my PC router then I'm able to mill bigger slots. My power feed from my midsize cuesmith fits too

I had to build that setup for a friend to make him an 18 slot ring billet. Now I can build every billet. I have to save some money for a CNC ;-) Silvio
