    Gabriels replacement parts

I reached out to Loontjens in the Netherlands to replace the same pockets, the shipping was pricey so I ordered a backup set for later down the road.

    GC IV Side Pocket Issue

Grab an allen wrench and move the pocket behind the rail. The little indent is for the pocket, if it doesn't want to go into position it may need to be trimmed a bit.

Why not have A.E. Schmidt perform the service? They are in the area and did manufacture your table.

    Heritage Destroyer opinions

I may be a little biased since I am a dealer but I think it is built very well for that style of pool table. I have sold dozens of these tables without an issue, given the construction they are easy to level and play pretty good given the price point.

Manuafacturer of Legacy Billiards Worsted Cloth

I am not trying to muddy the waters for you at all, and I would rather Legacy not know I even mentioned that. Legacy is trying to offer what they would perceive to be the best they can offer. I would recommend, if you want a worsted wool to buy Simonis or Tour Edition and have it installed at...

Manuafacturer of Legacy Billiards Worsted Cloth

The cloth is most likely manufactured overseas, we have not had a good history with it and we personally do not recommend it to our customers.

    New Spencer Marston Questions

You've already spent your money, there's no need in regretting the decision, just make the best of it. I am in no way a fan of the tables, but with better cushions and cloth it will definitely play better and not play so slow. Go with the Artemis cushions though, you won't be disappointed.

Looking at a used table possibly Connelly Chiricahua Ultimate No Rail Marking

Being a Connelly dealer I can tell you, with certainty, that is a Connelly table. You can order a table without the nameplate and it is done regularly, the table doesn't lose any value because there is not a nameplate.

+1 to Glen's soup cans method. It is pretty simple and worked extremely great.

    Help ID this table

Pat, It's a Presidential Billiards "Carrilon". That inlay is an "effect" they created using a decal and then it was shellacked on.

    Split in cross-member

The Olhausen's uni-liner on top is where the slate sits and is leveled from, that beam is additional support for the table. I have seen beams, split much worse than that, that have posed no problem whatsoever to the rigidity of the pool table. Olhausen builds an excellent table, and it looks...
