    Dynaspheres Factory and Manufacturing

I have the Bronze and a 20 year old set of Centenials. My Centenials need a good cleaning so I've been using the Bronze. I really like them and they were a great deal when they were available.

Are Gold Crowns Still Being "Diamondized?"

I finally got my Gold Crown IV set up 6 days ago. Using a Magic Rack and breaking at about 2/3 speed the wing ball goes in 90% of the time and the one ball usually ends up near the top rail. Like many I played on Gold Crowns when younger. First time I played on a Diamond it was just wierd. Took...

Anyone have green pearlescent rings or a short piece of rod - or anything similar?

I make my malachite rings from knife handle slabs. I rough it out on a wet saw (tile saw) then bore a hole on the lathe. I put a purple heart dowel behind it when boring and use a center drill to get things started.

I received mine this morning, about 15 weeks after I made a donation. I made no special requests. It's a 60 inch cue, 19 ounces, 12.25mm at the ferrule. Fit and finish is excellent. Very nice cue and profits going for a good cause. Thank you Anton!

    Cue Building Cost to Start?

It does not, at least for me, and I still have some of the wood I bought in 2004 and every year since. As an aside, it's harder to find the same quality as 20 years ago and the prices have gone up exponetially. I'm confident that trend will continue.

Do carbon fiber cue shafts make custom cues obsolete?

There will always be a market for quality and excellent craftsmanship, whether it be a watch, fine suit or shoes, cabinetry, or pool cues.

Late Night FM Radio 60's 70's

I worked on a shrimp boat for awhile in the early 70's. Being the youngest and with less tenure I had the late night wheel watch while the rest of the crew slept. I would always listen to this. Clear as a bell even way offshore in the gulf.

    Phillippi cue?

Looks like a great deal. Hope it's for real. In the mid '90s I told owners of several local pool rooms I was interestd in acquiring a few cues. Got a call from one of them that someone he knew well had a Schon SL-10 for sale. I met him at the pool room asked all the questions. He said it was...

Sale forum is going to pot

Never had an issue here. I have a few simple rules. Deal with those with a good long track record. If it looks too good to be true don't bite. If even the smallest doubt, goods & services.

    South West Sales Conversion Rate?

This^ They build a quality product and I have never heard anything negative about Mrs. Franklin. Sometimes we yearn for something because it is hard to obtain. In our instant gratification society owning something somewhat rare comes with a level of pride of ownership. It also comes at a hefty...
