Why would you do this if you have played this long in the tournament. It doesn't make sense. You are in Vegas for more events.

There's a comedian in every bunch! Someone told me that you can now wear shorts since the tournament moved to July.

With the transition from May to July, has there been any change to the dress codes? I was not able to attend last year and didn't know what might have changed. Also, what does the RIO have to offer being off the strip that you could not get at the Riviera? Are the PRO events free also?

I'm not against the green fees, but I was thinking that $80.00-$100.00 was good. I will be one matching up too, I will be taking advantage of this. The rest of my team doesn't do that though so they are still deciding on weather to play. I don't want that to be the determining point if a team...

The team green fees are $175 for the open division. If a team was to go hill/hill every match they would have to go thirteen rounds until the fees were paid. I do realize that there are a lot of warm-up games that are played so it may not be too out of line, but I thought this was a little steep.

What are the feelings towards the new green fees that are being applied at the 2013 BCA Nationals. My feelings is that it's a great idea for the singles events, but I feel the team event is a little steep. What are others opinions?

Joss has impressed :) I just received the new cue from Dan and the specs that he promised are what I got. I was impressed with the turn around time, less than one month. Joss just moved up on my books. Dan Janes was true to his word:smile.:smile:

I tend to play at the level of my opponent alot when I know them. How can I stop this? I went to BCA NAtional and did very respectable because I didn't know any of my oppenents. I don't understand that if I know I'm better than someone, I tend to ease up, but if I'm not supposed to win I play...

Replacing of Joss cue I just recieved and call from Dan and they are honoring the return of this cue mentioned above and replacing it with the same model. Allowing me to choose the specs on the cues as well as the two shafts that I returned with it. He said I will have it in a month.

Is Big Johns Pools Hall still around, or what is the best place to play? I may be traveling up there to watch the CWS.

Former Joss owner, just bought another I used to shoot with a joss cue for about 10 years and had no problems with it at all. I traded it in for a custom cue on an even trade. Both sides are still happy. I did well at the BCA Nationals this past May so I wanted a souvenior from this tourney...
