Is there a hand tool out there meaning not for a lathe, that can cut a dime radius center onto a tip. I usually use my Willard tip machine to put tips on. But I have to use a tip shaper by hand and it takes forever and probably not as accurate as a lathe. Is there new hand tool out there that...
