I dont have a micrometer to give the exact measurement at hand currently..but I can verify that it fits flush with a standard McDermott joint or a Adams cue joint with the 3/8 x 10 pin. The shaft is about 4.1 oz. My current shooting shaft is almost the same.

The shaft is used but rolls straight and has no warps. It has nice joint rings work and a brand new Kamui Super Soft tip on it. Tip size is just at 12.5 mm. The thread size fits a 3/8 x x10 (standard Mcdermott). The shaft is long and measures at 31 inch. Please see pics below. Shoot great...
