    There's an opening in the end of the ferrule. but it's only clear for about 1/4 inch- too shallow for a screw in tip. Looks more like where someone might have mounted the cue on a lathe. I'm posting a picture of the shaft with some measurements. Maybe someone with a real 360 can compare them...
